updating my security update...

I have just downloaded the newly released security update 2007-005 v 1.1 from the site, my software update doesn't appear to have found the updated one, and wanted to uninstall the old v 1.0 update and intall v 1.1. how do i uninstall security updates, etc. that were downloaded from software update?? Is that possible, it should and hopfully will be. also, after that I should just install the updated v 1.1 update, hehe.

The 1.1 version probably just has updated notes about what was fixed. A miss spelling or something. Otherwise it would show up in you Software Updates. If you install one or the other, the security holes are fixed, you don't need both.
