Hi,

I bought last year an iPhone 3G 16GB in Italy. Phone is simfree and worked fine until I tryed to update software using iTunes. When update was finished (4.1), the iPhone is not responding to anything, the only option I have is emergency calling. iPhone has never been jailbroken or anything alike, so can You help me with this problem? I'm getting really annoyed, because I bought it totally legal and wanted to update firmware and not I don't have a functional phone at all.

Thank You in advance and I need an urgent help !

Still I neeed help !

When I connect phone to iTunes, I can only read following message :

"Were sorry the iphone you connected cannot be activated for service. We recommend you visit your nearest AT&T or Apple store for more information."

The iPhone is not responding to anything, the only option I have is emergency calling.

I just try with DFU mode, same - iPhone do not want to activate, even is actualy Simfree ??? Can it be some bug from Apple maybe ?
