Hi,

I got my iPhone 14 Pro 2 months ago. Yesterday, I saw that the preinsatalled Apple apps (Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Apple Store, ...) were out of date and needed an update. So I tried to do a manual update via the App Store app. Unfortunately, this failed due to an error message saying these apps were either bought with another Apple ID or a refund was granted. None of these options are true, in fact those apps haven't been bought by any Apple ID since they were preloaded by Apple. Does anyone know how I can update these specific apps without just deleting an redownloading them?

OK, issue seems resolved. After updating iOS to version 16.2, those apps were added to my Apple ID automatically and could be updated easily without deleting / reinstalling them.
