Updating public beta to iOS 8.3 GM

I wanted to update OTA, but even with 2.7 GB free it says I don't have enough space. iTunes says I'm already on iOS 8.3 and doesn't let me update.

Can I update through iTunes without restoring, or is my best bet to delete half of my content to get the OTA?

If that works perfectly fine I'll just do that then.

Edit: it says 404, resource not found. Is anyone else having same problem?

Yep that is what happens when you try and use iTunes with a device running a beta. You have to manually download the IPSW file and shift+ update or Shift+restore in iTunes.
