So I have a 2.6 Ghz processor with 4GB of RAM with 10.5 OSX (not a solid body), I'm curious as to if I will be able to upgrade the RAM to, say 8 or 16 GB with the upgrade to Snow Leopard, considering that it's built to take 16TB in RAM. Anyone know?

Thanks

Most likely not. The RAM limitation is due to the hardware, not the software: your chipset does not allow more than 4Gb RAM.
