Updating to 1.1.2 after you have jailbroken it.

Is this possible? i have tried just doing the same thing as u would usually do with an unjailbroke iPod, and i have also downloaded the update and used the Shift+Find update and both times they have unjailbroke it.

You have to install Oktoprep, as well as the other portions, but I haven't had any success. Plus, there's no point (yet) as 1.1.2's Added features can be installer appd on.

k, thanks, i didnt think that it mattered that much, i hope my friend doesnt try to update it -_- or else ill have to jailbrake it again

Hmm. I upgraded quite easily. Try this guide. It worked for me.

Just make sure you have the latest Java, as you could mess up the whole process.
