Going to be "upgrading" to Catalina 10.15.7 to try out sidecar and see if I like the new OS, I'm just hoping I don't experience any of the issues that I have heard. Made a TM backup just in case I need to revert but yea, hopefully, it's not bad.

I am also sending my mac to apple soon and have a strong feeling they will update my OS involuntarily, so might as well get ahead and do it myself.

I’ve updated both my Macs to Catalina one month ago and all is absolutely fine.
Sadly though, neither of my Macs supports Sidecar, nor they support Battery management.
It really annoys me that Apple remove functionalities from older Mac.

I couldn’t get sidecar to work on Catalina, I even had the iPad connected through bluetooth and nothing. Kind of sucks since it was the main reason to update to 10.15.
