iPhone Updating to iOS 5 from 4.3.3

I have an iPhone 4 with Version 4.3.3 and Firmware 4.10.01.
The iPhone is jailbroken and unlocked via Gevey SIM for T-Mobile.
I was wondering if I should be downloading the the 5.0.1 IPSW or 5.1.1.
Also, I want to confirm that this tutorial that I found on iClarified still works. - http://iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=20516

You can only go to 5.01 if you have your shsh/apticket saved, otherwise you can only restore to 5.1.1

Yes that works, but if you have shsh/apticket you need to stitch it to the NO_BB custom ipsw in redsn0w to go to 5.0.1

Just go to 5.1.1 with the NO_BB custom fiirmware, its easier.

Dont forget to point your host file to apple again instead of cydia
