I updated as per the instructions on the phone last night. The progress bar appeared and I let the phone do it's thing last night. Since my phone was at about 14% batt. life I plugged it in to a power source.
This morning I woke up and I have a picture of the iTunes logo an arrow beneath it and the pic of a USB.
So I took it to the office and plugged it into iTunes and now I get the following message.
"iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore....."
I said okay and it took about 20 minutes or so, the phone turned off, then on a few times and then it did nothing.

Is there anything else I can do to get the phone working.
Have tried a hard reset but it keeps taking me back to the same message on the phone.

Very frustrated.
