Upgrade 3gS to 5S Can I backup EVERYTHING?

Greetings,

I am upgrading from a 3gS to a 5S. I use AT&T.

Is it possible to backup everything? I want voice mails to be saved. I use Pocket Informant and would like all of the content saved. I have voice memos that I need to be saved and would also like to save all of my notes on the "notes" app.

Is this possible? If so, please explain how to do it and how to install it on the new phone. Many thanks!
