quick question that I have not seen or read about! I have a 3GS with 4.01 JB. My Itunes on computer has 4.01. NOW i want to upgrade to 4.3.1-- Ok I have DL 4.3.1 from redmond pie and put it on my desktop so Im ready to JB with Snowbreeze. My question is since 4.3.2 is out I cant update thru itunes now. So can I run Snowbreeze and run the 4.3.1 ISPW on my desktop to jailbreak and when I sync my phone to itunes, WHATs it going to do? will itunes see 4.3.1 and that will be my firmware now? Hope all that makes since lol....

Since Apple stops signing 4.3.1 and if your phone does not have shsh blob saves, you can't upgrade to 4.3.1. So, check whether you have shsh blob save for your phone.
Download and run Tinyumbrella and click save SHSH and it will list the available shsh blobs for your phone.
Then assuming you have 4.3.1 you can restore to it and JB.
Nope, TU supports the iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G, AppleTV ,iPod Touch 2G, 3G, 4G and iPad 1 and iPad2.

Weird, so you clicked save shsh with your iphone plugged in and the only saved shsh listed is 4.2.1?
No, the problem would be if you dont have shsh blobs saved for 4.3.1 you cannot restore to even custom 4.3.1 ipsw with itunes. It wont pass the check.
Just whatever shsh's you have saved on cydia or the latest firmware version that Apple is releasing and at this moment is 4.3.2
Thanks Apple for you help!! But YES I plugged my phone in and hit save shsh and it only goes to 4.2.1----I thought that was weird too but thats all I got lol

Really? I just did a restore to a custom 4.3.1 firmware on an iPhone 3GS like 10 hours ago and it went through fine... No SHSH saved at all.

Usually Cydia grabs them for you but not sure if they didnt go thruout the whole queue of probably millions of devices in their database before Apple stopped releasing 4.3.1 and put out 4.3.2
That's why always as soon as there's a new firmware update I plug in my iphone and grab its shsh's with Tinyumbrella.
Then you can be 1000% they're saved on your hard drive and a copy is saved at that time on cydia too.
If TU cannot grab them then Apple is not releasing them at the time he tried so he was too late.
If they were available he would have got them.

Uncheck "Request SHSH from Cydia"
Restart TinyUmbrella
Click "Get SHSH"
OK now I got 4.3.1 SHSH save, so whats my next step now--can I run snowbreeze like I was and take 4.3.1 ISPW off my desktop and let it do its thing now?
