Upgrade a 3g iphone to 3.13

I have a jailbroken/unlocked 3g phone with 3.0 (7A341) version, modem firmware: 04.26.08 and am using T-mobile. I dont remember what I used to jailbreak it( it has an apple logo when it starts). I would like to upgrade to 3.13 or higher. I would appreciate any help.

I'm running a jailbroken 3G with 3.1.3 and the newer basecode 05.12.01 on T-Mobile with no problems. Use redsn0w 0.9.4, sn0wbreeze, etc. to unlock and jailbreak if you upgrade to 3.1.3 and lose your unlock. Just Google it.
