Upgrade baseband from 4.26.08 to 5.11.07

I'm upgrading my fiance's 3G which is unlocked on ultrasn0w (4.26.08) - is it worth up'ing her baseband to 5.11.07 to use Blacksn0w or are there next to no differences?

Under no circumstances should you upgrade her baseband. Blacksn0w is a much less stable unlock, causing numerous problems for those forced to use it. A phone with the 4.26.08 baseband is in the ideal situation. You should always upgrade using PwnageTool to preserve that baseband.

One more cheer for 4.26.08! I have continued to update my OS (now on 3.1.3) with pwnage to keep that precious baseband. 3.1.3 with 4.26.08 and Ultrasn0w has been very stable for quite some time, other than some beta experimenting I've done with LockInfo (but that was the risk I took).
