Upgrade date changed to 8/8/12. Can I use another persons upgrade.

Long story short, Can I use my sisters upgrade to get the 4S then just put my micro-sim in it?. She has 2 lines and both are eligible on Nov 7th 2011. My upgrade was moved from dec 9 2011 to 8/8/2012 and I believe it was because i changed my plan down to 39.99 from the unlimited. Mainly because free mobile to any mobile is working for me and Im saving a few bucks along with my 20% off. Thanx
