Anyone else have this? Does this mean we will be able to upgrade at the 299 price after 7/12/09? This is because I started my original 2 year contract when the original 1st generation iPhone released... the crappy part of all this is next year when they release another iPhone I will be in all your situations which sucks. haha.

I am in the same situation and according to an At&T rep I spoke to a couple of hours you will be able to get the 3GS for $199/$299 on 7/12/09
