Question for those who upgraded from the X to the 11, we’re you happy with your upgrade or did you wish you waited for the 12s to come out?
Im going on 2 plus years with my X and the battery app says the battery needs to be replaced. I’m not sure if I should spend the money on a new battery or just trade my X in for an upgrade since Apple is giving 400 for a trade in which makes the 11 very affordable.
I’d appreciate the input.

My X is exactly 2 years old this month and I’m waiting till the 12 Pro 6.1 next year... My battery capacity is at 93% and even if I had to pay $50 for a battery replacement I’d do it over getting any of the 11’s. Don’t get me wrong, all the 11’s are great phones but next year is supposed to get a redesign and Qualcomm modems so me my X will be fine till September

I upgraded from the x to the 11. Mainly for an unlocked carrier, screen size, and bigger storage. Not a gigantic difference in how it runs but it’s got its upgrades.

I've upgraded from XS to 11 Pro and I'm not happy, I could've waited another year, preferably on iOS12... I'm heavily invested in Apple and wouldn't even think changing to windows+android, but this year my perception of this company took a huge hit.

The point is: you are the only one that could answer the question.
iPhone 11 is better than iPhone X in many ways. Camera is a big (and I mean a HUGE) upgrade. Battery is a big upgrade. Performance are definitely better and 4 Gb of RAM vs 3 Gb are much more future proof, but iPhone X is still quite fast.

Now the question is: how much value have those aspects for you ?
Because on the other hand, iPhone X is more compact and has a better display.

Personally I would upgrade, but it is a personal choice.

My wife is going back to the X. There is almost no reason to upgrade unless for the cameras.
And a battery life which is almost doubled... for someone this alone could be a big factor.
