Hi Mates.

Am trying to upgrade mine existing Virtual Machine Win 7 (32 bit) to Win 10 (64 bit) as I read that it's possible.

What's the best way around it as so far what I've researched only covers booting from a USB but I can't tell mine existing VM to boot from a attached USB flash drive.

Hence, am thinking about this workflow

Step 1 Upgrade to win 10 32 bit on existing VM
Step 2 activate the licence
Step 3 download win 10 64 bit ISO
Step 4 Install from scratch on new VM
Step 5 Activate licence

Am I correct? Or is there any better advise?

Am trying to download Win 10 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and am faced with 2 choices, what's the difference between Creator's update and Anniversary update?

Thanks for your help!
