Upgrade Imac 24 white logic board

Hi,

I was wondering if the new Imac 24 logic board (3Ghz) is compatible with my Imac 24 (white) logic board..

I know that I have to buy new memory cheap, but I don't know if this logic board could work with my hardware (especialy with the lcd panel and other stuff like that)..

Do you know if someone try an experience like that ?
