General Upgrade iPad 3 from iOS6.0 to iOS6.1, then JB?

I'm wanting to know if it's still possible to upgrade iOS 6.0 iPad 3 to iOS 6.1 and then jailbreak?

I've have both ipsw's.

No, Apple is not signing (allowing) that FW to be installed.

jailbreaking iOS 6.x is still possible if your device is on it

restoring/downgrading to iOS 6.x is impossible on an ipad 3

My device is still on iOS 6 and backed up on my pooter.
So you're saying if I JB, and then want to restore at some future date, I'll have to restore up to latest iOS...
