Hi Folks,

There is an APP I want to use that works best on iOS 6 or later, i'm currently running iOS 5.1.1. I'd like to upgrade to a version of iOS that I can jailbreak, as it is currently jailbroken, I know 6.1.3 works.

Any way to do this?

I have a 6.1.3 ipsw but iTunes won't allow me to use that to update the phone, it wants me to use 7.0.3 which currently isn't jailbreakable.

If you don't have shsh blobs saved for that iphone 4 for the firmware version 6.1.3 then the only version you can restore or update to is the latest 7.0.3
Wish it was as easy as downloading the firmware you want and click shift/restore to it.
Apple put an end to that over 4-5 years ago.
