It has always annoyed me, and I figured I'd go ahead and ask before I upgraded to 3.0. Everytime I upgrade to the newsest iPhone os I find that my latest iPhone backup made through iTunes is no longer valid and I have to restart from scratch, keeping my apps but losing all my custom settings which is a bit annoying. s there some method for making the most recent backup work with the latest os? Thanks!
