I just received an email from O2 as I was having trouble signing into my account. They have fixed that problem but I was informed that I would not be able to upgrade online as I did not pre-register my interest in the new iPhone 3G.
Is this correct, it sounds a bit crazy to me. No where on the iPhone page does it mention the need to pre-register to be able to upgrade online.
Am I missing something?
