Hi all -
So I graduated from school this past May, and before I left I took the opportunity to join Apple's Student ADC program -- mainly because I wanted to have Apple send me Leopard, and keep my options open for upgrading at a significant discount next May.

I have a 2 (GHz) Macbook Core Duo, with 1 gig of RAM, and with Leopard coming out, I was considering upgrading the RAM to 2 gigs to take full advantage of the new OS. My system runs fine, not as snappy as it once was, and a little warmer than I'd like, but it gets the job done.

My question is this: Would upgrading the RAM make a significant difference in my system performance? Or would it make more sense to wait, bide my time, and get a new MBP next May?

Thanks for the advice,
AO
