Hello,
So I use my MacBook 13-inch (Late 2007 2.0 GHz) with 2GB of RAM for Final Cut Pro. Sometimes my Final Cut Pro slows down a lot while editing. Do you think it's advisable that I upgrade to 4GB of RAM?

More RAM is a good thing.... however the video card in a MacBook is pretty slow for Final Cut... especially if you start working with a lot of layers.

RAM is cheap and would be a good first step but you are probably going to want to start looking at a new MacBook (Pro) if you are serious about using Final Cut on a daily basis.

Yes. Just upgraded mine, makes a big difference (not from 2 to 4, but from 1 to 2.5). But 4GB isn't maxing it out. If you use a 2GB stick and some special 4GB stick from these guys you can get to 6GB. Not totally sure whether you can only use their 4GB module, but it is possible to go over 4GB if you want to.
