upgrade my 2009 Mac Pro card

what is the next best upgrade for a video card for my old mac pro
I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512 MB
I use Photoshop and will be using my new NEC P242W-BK-SV to print my photographs with an Epson R3000
