Upgrade New Macbook Flash Storage

Im going to start off by first apologizing for my ignorance.

Im looking to purchase a new 12in mackbook to replace my 2008 mackbook. I need help figuring out if its possible to upgrade the flash storage . If so, I would probably purchase the 256gb rather than the 512gb and then just upgrade to something higher than 512gb. If its not possible at this time then Ill probably purchase the 512gb.

If it is possible please provide me with link to purchase the upgraded flash storage.

The flash storage is part of the logic board of the rMB. You won't be able to upgrade it.
If you need 512gb, then get 512gb straight away.
