upgrade notes?

I remember during the iOS 9 upgrade it prompted me to update the notes app but warned me that I wouldnt be able to access it elsewhere until I upgraded Mac OS and iOS on other devices so I skipped it. Now that I have my notes exported into pages I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade it. Anyone know?



Edit: Never mind, I was prompted again at night and it upgraded.
