Upgrade old Rev.A or get a new iMac?

What would you do? Should I upgrade my current machine (iMac G5 1.6 17 inch Rev. A) or go for the low end 20 inch? I was thinking about maxxing out the RAM, replacing the HD and adding an internal Superdrive. Maybe a nice new Mighty mouse and/or new style KBD.

Get the new one. It's worth it for the Intel processor.
