Upgrade phone before iphone

Hi all,

I had an iPhone, and sold it on ebay. Just checked my AT&T account and somehow I am able to get a equipment upgrade. Do you think I should get an upgrade and sell it when the new iPhone comes out. Or do you think there will be subsidies for the iPhone for contract extensions?

That's exactly what I'm doing in about 2 weeks. Making room for the v2 iPhone, sell iPhone on eBay/CraigsList and use the equipment upgrade AT&T phone they are offering until my new v2 iPhone arrives.
