Upgrade Powerbook G4 Drive...

I have a 1.67Ghz Powerbook G4 and I want to upgrade the 100GB internal drive to at least 120GB, preferably more. My understanding is that I have to buy an Ultra ATA drive and the highest drive capacity I can find is 120GB at 5400RPM. Is there a higher capacity or higher RPM drive out there? I can't use a SATA drive, right? I've been looking at the two 120GB drives shown here:

Ultra ATA/100 also goes by the name ATA-6. There are larger drives out there on the market...just about any drive that's available in SATA format also exists in ATA. (And you are correct, SATA drives won't work in PowerBooks.)

For instance, here is the Hitachi 160 GB/5400 RPM drive. (This one is actually ATA-7 or Ultra ATA/133, but they are backwards compatible.)
