line 1 is my unlimited plan that has a upgrade available line 2 is a 2gb plan also with a upgrade can i get the iPhone 5 on line 2 and switch it over to line 1 to keep my unlimited data?

Yes, buy it for whatever line has the upgrade and call your carrier to activate the sim.
