I've done some reading before posting but I'm still a bit confused... I even check on iFixit to see if the question was asked, but no luck...or I overlooked...

I pre-ordered the new iMac 27' last november/december.
3.2Ghz i5 with standard 1TB HD. Upgraded the Graph for the 2Gb 680.

1. Can I swap an SSD in it or is it too late?

2. Can I upgrade the graph card with the new ones released a few days ago? (708 with 4GB)?

Thank you!

GPU swap, I doubt it.

SSD... You'd have to take the display off to get to the guts of the machine, but it's possible.

You could use an SSD in an external USB 3 or TB caddy and boot from that tho.
