Upgrade Recommendations

I recently upgraded my 4,1 to 5,1 firmware and put in two Intel Xeon W5590 Quad-Core 3.33GHz 8M 6.40GT/s CPU - SLBGEs. I have 16gb 1066ram, a Apple ATI Radeon HD 5870 I am about to put in and a 250gb SSD I have yet to install. I am using the computer for Adobe Suite. Mostly Premiere Pro. Can anyone recommend other changes I could do, based on my usage?

My current geekbench is: 19742
Also is the CalDigit FASTA-6GU3 a good choice for USB 3.0 Upgrade?
