Upgrade to 250GB Hard Drive Advice

Hi Guys,
I'm looking at a Hard Drive upgrade for my MacBook Pro (Feb 2009 Model). The drive is listed as:
Hitachi HTS543225L9SA02
Capacity: 250.06 GB
Speed: 5400rpm.

I'd like to go for something around 500GB @ 7200rpm.

Would anyone have any advice or recommedations?

Chris,

I did a similar upgrade with my 2010 MacBook.

NewEgg is where I purchased a 750GB 7200 RPM drive and an external HD enclosure to use the old drive as a external hard drive. - Install is cake.
