Upgrade to 4.1 with saved SHSH

I have a iPhone 4 which is in the Recovery mode. The only way to get it out (yes I tried TinyUmbrella) is to do a Restore with software Update.

Before it went to the Recovery mode, I saved my SHSH blobs (4.0.2) with TinyUmbrella.

Can I now update to 4.1 and than unlock it later. I presume that baseband will be upgraded, s that a problem for downgrading?
