Apple is offering me $95 for my 42mm S3. Should I purchase a 44mm SE for a little over $200 before tax?

All depends on whether you expect to get $200 worth of benefit from the updated watch.

Nobody can answer that for you.

Best thing is sit down and figure out what the differences are, the Comparison page will help, then decide which of those are a benefitto you. Also consider what things you maybe can’t / can’t easily do now that the SE would let you do.

Then decide if all that is worth $200 to you. That kind of money means very different impacts for different people. Some would never notice and some would be eating Ramen for months.

It's really just about that larger screen honestly.
