Contrary what you might initially think this is not as easy a fix I'm afraid.
These are the facts:
Before update
iPhone 3GS with 6.15 BB Activated jailbroken with greenpoison and unlocked with Ultrasnow
FW: 4.21
Intended Update
Custom IPSW New Bootloader, BB 6.15, FW 4.32, activated (created with snowbreeze)
At the initial try of restoring I did something stupid and didn't use iReb but just put the phone into DFU regularly.
In DFU I selected the custom IPSW in Itunes it ran to about 70-80% and has been stuck in recovery every since.
What I already tried:
Using iReb to kick it out of Recovery
Using Tiny Umbrella both "End Recovery" and "Fix Recovery" in DFU mode (which made TinyUmbrella crash under Vista, on an XP machine simply nothing happened, the screen stayed black).
Repeated the procedure several times using different Custom IPSW and making sure the host file was free of the cydia server.
Please help me, what can I do?
Is there any way to at least get the phone starting with some FW again?
Is iTunes the only way to do a full restore with custom IPSW?
I can't do official restore because of the 6.15 BB and I can't use redsnow it wont work.

After two 6 hour sessions I fixed it. (this is the second forum I was going to ask for help..)
The devil was in the detail as we say in German...
I needed to use the custom IPSW WITHOUT the BB 6.15 not WITH.. I have BB 6.15 already and I mistakenly thought the custom ipsw WITH BB 6.15 in it is the one I needed to use.
