Upgrade to Lion with bootcamp

Hey, quick question.

I was fooling around and installed Windows 7 with bootcamp on my 2011 MBP and Snow Leopard. Mountain Lion is coming out soon and I was wondering if (and when) I upgrade my MBP to Lion and/or Mountain Lion will it ruin my bootcamp partition or will it remain intact?

I don't really need Windows 7 on my Mac, but I mainly did it because I can and I have a spare Windows 7 laying around.

Shouldn’t have any problems unless you deliberately affect the partition mapping.
