should I upgrade to Mojave from High Sierra? Or are there any problems?? I just got a notice from apple store to install. But would like opinions first. Everything going fine on High Sierra but I know if you let things slide and stay with OLD versions, you end up with issues later on. My macbook pro is a mid 2012.

I have Mojave running on mine. I have 16 gigs of ram and mine is fine. A SSHD will also help it perform faster.

Mid 2012 Retina 15" running Mojave superlatively. I was forced to upgrade because High Sierra wouldn't recognize my iPhone 6+ when I was starting my new iPhone Xs. No regrets and actually enjoying Mojave especially Dark Mode!

I was going to post that my Canon printer/scanner didn't work after upgrading to Mojave. Just checked before posting and - Voila-, it works!

I have Mojave installed since DP1 on my MBP 2016 15" 16GB/1TB over the last beta version of High Sierra (i.e: not a "fresh/clean install"). Very happy with the upgrade.

I found even DP1 of Mojave more stable and bug free then any version of High Sierra. Mojave is the best macOS in years.
