Upgrade to new version of iOS, will I have to re-download iTunes Match/iCloud music?

It took forever to go through the iCloud selections to pick what I want downloaded on the iPhone... will I have to do this again if I upgrade to 5.1.1?

If its an upgrade and not a restore, then you should be fine.
