Upgrade to Snow Leapoard, iTunes no longer recognizes iPhone or iPod touch

Since I upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard, when I plug in my iPhone4 or my iPod touch, iTunes does not recognize either. However, iPhoto recognizes both fine and will sync pictures without a problem.

Any ideas about how to get iTunes to recognize my devices?

i had same problem before, what i can suggest is like this:

1) uninstall and reinstall ur itunes
2) get the latest update of snowleopard (now 10.6.4)
3) get all the latest software update from the mac..

my problems solved after i did the third step..
hope it works..
