Hi guys,

I am very new to this unlocking iPhone stuff so please take it easy on me. I have an unlocked iPhone with firmware 1.1.3 using Ziphone (I didn't unlock it; somebody else did it for me). Now I want to upgrade it to 1.1.4. I have heard that iLiberty would be a safer way to go. My question is, do I need to reset or recover my iPhone to it's original setting before unlocking it to 1.1.4 with iLiberty? Or can I just go ahead with the way it is right now?

Thanks in advance.
