I have a 13 pro Max on the Upgrade program. I'm am going through the process now, like most years, and when I get to "Confirm your carrier" I get an error message that says "Verizon - there is an issue with your account, You can't get ready for a new iPhone using this number. Please come back at pre-order and select a different payment type"
Anybody else have this issue? is it an apple issue or a Verizon issue?
