I have 10.6.8 on my macbook pro and i was wondering what I have to do to upgrade it to the most current operating system? Thank you! I didn't realize that Itunes Radio wouldn't be supported on my operating system...

Have you tried Pandora radio? The only reason I ask is as much as I like Mountain Lion (10.8.x) if I only wanted iTunes Radio and was happy with my current OS, I probably would not bother upgrading.

Anyway, as far as I know your Macbook Pro should be able to run Mountain Lion since you have 4G of ram. What I don't know is if your computer will run Mavericks (the new OS due in October)

You can get Mountain Lion (10.8.x) from the Mac App store for $20.00. There are a few things to consider before upgrading though. And a quick Google search will provide you with the different ways to do the upgrade.

Here is the link to the article I used (in addition to reading all I could on this forum) when I upgraded from SL to ML since I was new to Mac's at the time and a lot of the terminology was new to me.

Also, since I don't know what you use your Mac for, one thing to keep in mind is it's possible some of the software you run on your Mac under Slow Leopard may, or may not work with Mountain Lion. So you may want to make sure before upgrading.
