Gridlock, sbinfograbber and camera tweak (I think). Now the camera crashes when taking a pic. Obviously I thought it was the camera tweak, so I removed it and rebooted. Still does it.

This start today for anyone else?

Well if you've just updated a tweak that interacts with the camera in some way doesn't it stand to reason that the camera tweak is the culprit? Uninstall that first and see if the camera returns to normal.

I did remove Camera Tweak, rebooted and still does it.

Some apps require a "hard" Reboot vs "soft" Respring... In the past I've learned to try that before uninstalling apps... I'm just sayin'...

I upgraded Photo Info to the new version 1.3.0 that appeared in Cydia today and it causes my camera to crash. I uninstalled it and no more crashing. After I had upgraded this morning, the phone did a respring, but I had also done a hard reboot and it still crashes while it is installed. I'm running 6.1.2 on an iPhone 4S. I selected "show upgrade" in the Cydia change package settings so I'll be aware when an updated version is on Cydia

Did a hard reboot. No change. I did find out that the camera works fine when I access it from the lockscreen.

Hrmm. I'm boggled.
