Upgraded Exchange from 2007 to 2010... any benefits for Mac Mail?

Hi, I'm a bit of a rogue Mac user in my organization using Lion Mail to connect with our corporate Exchange server. The company just updated from Exchange 2007 to 2010 last night and everything's working but I'm wondering if this upgrade on the back end will bring me any new features or capabilities on the Lion Mail client side of things?
