Upgraded from 5 to 5s and no Touch ID

hey, I just upgraded to the Verizon 32GB 5s. I loaded my data from iCloud and I can't find the Touch ID app anywhere. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

Its not an app, thats only for the demo units that are on display at carrier stores and at Apple to show off how the feature works.

When I was at Best Buy picking up my 5s, the person next to me and the sales rep where both trying to find an app for the TouchID, so I told them how to get to it to set it up.
