Upgraded from dev b1 to public beta, Photos won't open library

I get an error message saying that my existing library is from a newer version of Photos. The PB version of Photos is 3201.7.188. Anyone else with similar experience?

The build number in dev beta is indeed newer than that ( 3201.8.202 )
