I recently upgraded my M1 11" IPP 256 with Magic Keyboard to an M4 11" IPP 256 with the NEW Magic Keyboard... I vacillated about making this decision for months, and am certainly glad I did! I use my iPad a great deal of the time outdoors, and often with the M1, I could barely see the screen, and somehow the Magic Keyboard, which as a whole was the best of the many I tried, somehow continued to bug me...
The screen on the M4 is a MAJOR upgrade! It's crisper, more vivid and I have no issues using it in direct sunlight... Even at 75% of screen brightness... It does feel "Snappier" as well...
The M4 IPP slimmer size and feels more... well made, is also a nice upgrade as well.
The NEW Magic Keyboard is an even greater improvement. Feels more solid, typing is much smoother and having the action keys is a game changer!
Getting $370 for my trade in and selling my old Magic Keyboard to a friend for $125, as well as getting the education discount on both the M4 IPP and New Magic Keyboard, definitely worth it!
