Upgraded MB PRO - Is SSD Plug & Play

Right now I have a mid-2007 2.16 Core 2 Duo MB Pro that still runs like a rock star, but it's time to upgrade. I just bought the base 2.6 MB Pro 15" (non-retina). The SSD that i'm using in my '07 is a INTEL SSDSA2CW120G3

My question is that is this plug & play with my new computer? I'm pretty sure that it is, but i know that this is a dated SSD so just making sure.
